Great Place to Work® Institute Canada published its fourth list, entitled "Best Workplaces in Canada" as a Special National Report in The Globe and Mail on April 6, 2009. The 2009 list includes the top 75 workplaces in Canada.

What's so different about us?

First of all, we honestly believe that if companies become better workplaces, then society becomes better as well.

Second, our assessment tool, the Trust Index, was created based on what employees say is necessary to be an excellent workplace. This tool has been applied to over 10 million people in over 65 countries.

And last, we act. By partnering with governments, providing data to Universities, publishing our 41 National Lists, or working with individual companies, we are doing our part to help create a better world.
